Families will be eligible for food on an emergency need basis no more than once every thirty days. Single individuals or married couples without dependents will be eligible for food on an emergency basis once every twelve months. Individuals 65 years of age or older can receive emergency food service once every sixty days. Disabled individuals with documented proof of disability can receive emergency food service once every sixty days.
